Nature Therapy with Guided Hike Experiences
Nature therapy, such as guided hike experiences, immerses individuals in the tranquility and beauty of the natural world, fostering a sense of peace and clarity. These experiences encourage mindfulness, reduce stress, and promote physical well-being, providing a perfect setting for personal growth, self-discovery, and expansion. By connecting with nature, individuals gain deeper insights into themselves and develop a greater appreciation for the environment, enhancing their overall sense of well-being and connection to the world.
Art Therapy with 1:1 Sessions to increase Creativity
Art therapy through 1:1 sessions provides a personalized and supportive space for individuals to explore their creativity and express their authentic selves. These sessions encourage self-reflection and emotional expression, helping individuals to break through creative blocks and articulate their inner thoughts and feelings more clearly. As a result, participants experience increased creativity and a deeper understanding of their unique identities.
Location and Schedule
This year's Summer Exploration Art Camp will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week from June 12th to July 31st.
Please choose between Monday or Tuesday's 1:1 art sessions with me in my studio (address will be given in welcome email upon registration).
Each time slot can hold two people. The time slots are:
Monday OR Tuesday @
9 am - 11 am 1 pm - 3 pm 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Commit to attending each group hike on Wednesday mornings from 8 am - 11 am.
The schedule is subject to change as hike locations and times might be altered depending on variables like weather, activities, and transportation.
Age
8 years old - 17 years old
Please contact me if you are interested but your age falls below or above 8-17 years old.
Some activities require physical exertion such as hiking, walking, and being outdoors in a group.
The art sessions are designed to be co-led with the student giving them the creative control and freedom to follow the curiosity tugging at them. Each session will also have a guided art project that teaches a medium and reflects on the inner world of the artist.

My Story
Meet the Camp Director
Hello!
An artist, avid floater, and nature enthusiast, I love exploring new and unknown things! After graduating high school, I worked for 7 years in a first grade classroom and fell in love with kids. My goal is to help unleash their natural curiosity and nurture their sense of self-empowerment in fun and creative ways.
For the last 5 years, I have been on my own self-discovery voyage learning who I am as I unlocked more of my creative energy. I graduated the Milan Art Institute's "Mastery Program" to learn how to unleash the artist within me. Painting inspires me to express my unique perspective in the world and empowers my voice.
A little more about me... I am 30 years old. I live with a beautiful golden lab named Echo and I love to face paint and travel to art and music festivals! I thrive in a community of free sovereign souls that want to connect and share their gifts with others.
